Partner & Chief Investment Officer, RCOV

Taylor Rogers serves as Partner and Chief Investment Officer at RCOV, bringing over two decades of experience in both registered and unregistered securities. A seasoned securities professional, Mr. Rogers oversees the strategic placement of private equity capital within the oil and gas sector, ensuring disciplined investment execution and alignment with partner objectives.
Prior to joining RCOV, Taylor held licensure as a registered agent with a leading energy broker-dealer in North Texas and later founded his own firm offering 506(c) exempt joint venture interests in the energy industry. His deep expertise spans private placements, capital formation, and investor relations across the energy markets.
At RCOV, Taylor’s primary focus is investor education—guiding partners through the Rush Creek model, clarifying industry dynamics, and ensuring that investment goals are clearly defined and mutually aligned prior to joint venture participation. He also acts as a liaison to institutional and industry partners exploring collaborative opportunities with Rush Creek.
Taylor is an honorably discharged U.S. Marine Corps veteran who served during Operation Iraqi Freedom, completing a combat tour in Ramadi, Iraq, in 2004.
